Containers: define the boundary
Use Containers to hold the Entries and people that belong together inside one intentional work, personal, social, or professional boundary.
Create a boundary when it helps
Create a Container when several Entries belong to the same area of life, relationship, project, or responsibility. Until that boundary is clear, Entries can remain unfiled.
Choose the context type
Choose Work, Personal, Social, or Professional to describe the context. The workspace focus selector can then narrow what you see without changing the records themselves.
Set the audience
A private Container keeps its records with you. A shared Container includes selected people. A public Container is visible outside the private workspace. Entries inside still carry their own visibility contract.
Add the right people
Add known Contacts as participants and record their roles when useful. Participant access is tied to this Container, which keeps unrelated personal context outside the collaboration boundary.
