Organize and find
Capture first, give context a Container when it earns one, and use Bounded's views, filters, tags, and search to return to what matters.
Capture before you classify
You do not need to decide where every Entry belongs before writing it. Keep private, top-level Entries in Uncontained while their context is still emerging, then assign a Container when a lasting boundary becomes clear.
Use Uncontained as a holding place
Uncontained is a view, not a permanent Container. It appears only when you have private Entries without a Container, stays separate from shared content, and gives unfinished organization a clear place to return to.
Organize around real boundaries
Use a Container for the Entries and people that belong to one area of life, relationship, project, or responsibility. The Container becomes the context boundary; it does not change an Entry's separate visibility choice.
Keep active context close
Pinned and Recent views help you resume important context without moving it. Pin an Entry when you want a deliberate shortcut, and use Recent to return to the Entries and Containers you have been working with most recently.
Find rather than duplicate
Narrow growing lists with the controls already on the surface: search Entries and Contacts, filter Entries by type, and filter Contacts by tag, title, or archive state. Filters compose so you can start broad and refine without changing the records themselves.
