Entries: keep context together
Use Entries to preserve a thought, plan, decision, event, agreement, or other record together with the context that gives it meaning.
Capture before you organize
A new Entry starts private. Give it a clear title, add rich-text content, and use its details for a description, type, time, status where applicable, and other structured context.
Keep its context attached
Leave an Entry in Uncontained while its home is unclear, or assign it to an active Container. You can also create an Entry from inside a Container so that boundary is selected from the start.
Choose visibility deliberately
Private means only your owned entity can read the Entry. Shared makes it visible to the selected people in its Container. Public makes it visible outside your private workspace. Review this choice before saving.
Return, recover, or remove
Use Pinned and Recent views to return to important context. Moving an Entry to Delete is recoverable for 30 days unless you permanently delete it first.
