Shared Spaces: collaborate deliberately
Use a Shared Space when a specific group needs one common context without opening the rest of your Bounded workspace.
Choose participants
Add people from Contacts during creation or later from the participant controls. Assign roles when they clarify how each person belongs in the shared context.
Add Entries
Entries created inside the Shared Space use that Container as their context. Shared visibility makes an Entry available to the selected participants; private and public remain distinct choices.
Keep removal recoverable
Removing a Shared Space moves it to Delete, where it can be restored or permanently deleted. Removing the boundary does not turn its content into public content.
